Carpet Call is looking for 5 energetic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultants to join our growing Queensland retail team.

About the Role
As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be part of a successful retail team, helping customers transform their homes with our extensive range of quality rugs, carpets and flooring solutions.
This is a hands-on sales role where your enthusiasm, customer service skills and determination to succeed will directly influence your earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products.
Delivering an exceptional showroom experience from the initial consultation through to the final sale.
Working towards and exceeding weekly sales targets.
Developing strong product knowledge to confidently demonstrate and sell our extensive range.
Building customer relationships, following up on enquiries and generating repeat business.
Working closely with your team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
Taking ownership of your results and maximising every sales opportunity.

Availability to work weekends, as these are key trading days.
Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not essential. We will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
