Carma HQ in Sydney seeks a Senior Process Engineer to own and design the systems, processes and operating models for vehicle reconditioning. You will apply Lean Manufacturing principles to drive safety, quality and efficiency, and you will shape scalable production environments across sites.
You will lead bottleneck analysis, develop standard work, capacity models and labour planning, collaborating with Production, Technical and Operational leaders to implement practical improvements.
