Carma is seeking a Head of Customer Operations for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Australia. You will own the strategy, performance and continuous improvement of our customer operations function, leading Customer Service, Delivery and Escalations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience at scale.
You'll partner with Sales, Buying and Production to remove pain points and drive end-to-end excellence.
