Carma in Sydney is seeking a Cosmetic Repair Lead to set quality benchmarks across wheels, touch-ups, texture coat, upholstery, tint, headlights, interior polish and glass.
You will define what "good" looks like and coach the team to hit that standard consistently.
You’ll own cosmetic governance, build sign-off pathways for technicians, audit repairs, tackle the toughest jobs, drive workshop productivity, embed WHS standards and safeguard the customer experience.
