Just finished school and keen to kick-start your career working on cars? This is your chance to get hands-on experience with a paid apprenticeship at Carma! We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Apprentice Spray Painter to join our awesome workshop team. No experience? No worries! We’ll teach you everything you need to know through on-the-job training and study—so you’ll be earning while you’re learning.
What you'll be doing?
- You’ll be hands-on from day one—supporting our Paintshop, learning real-world repair and paint skills, and working on all kinds of vehicles in a fast-paced workshop.
- Study towards your trade qualification while gaining experience in prepping, masking, colour matching, and more.
- You won’t just help keep our vehicles in top shape—you’ll be part of bringing them back to life and making them shine like new.
- Being part of a team that supports each other, solves problems together, and takes pride in top-quality work.
- Keeping our workshop looking good—because a clean and organised space makes all the difference!
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- A valid driver’s licence (P-Plates or above).
- A love of cars and a real passion for the automotive industry.
- Someone eager to learn, grow, and become a top-notch Spray Painter.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a solid work ethic.
- Either already enrolled or keen to start an automotive apprenticeship.
This role is based onsite in our St Peters, Sydney office, Monday - Friday, full time hours.
