Psychologist (Registered or Clinical) - Assessments

We're Caring Care Therapeutic Services, a local NDIS provider on the Mid Coast. We support kids, young people and adults to get the help they actually need. We're growing, and we want a psychologist in Taree to take the lead on assessments.

About the role

This is a contract role. You'll do the assessments that help our clients get the right diagnosis, funding and support. Day to day, that means:

Running cognitive assessments (WISC and WAIS)

Running adaptive behaviour assessments (Vineland)

Writing clear diagnostic and functional reports, including for NDIS access and plan reviews

Talking through results with clients, families and support teams

Working with support coordinators, schools and other therapists

About you

You're a registered Psychologist with AHPRA (Clinical endorsement is a big plus)

You know your way around the WISC, WAIS and Vineland

You know the NDIS and what it needs from a report (nice to have, not a must)

You have an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or you're happy to get them

You have a driver's licence

You're warm and down to earth, and you're great with kids, families and people with disability

What we offer

Flexible hours that work around you

Admin and intake support, so you can focus on the clinical work

A friendly local team that cares about our community
