The role:
Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out
Book appointments by phone and online
Handle Medicare, private and bulk billing, and take payments
Answer phones and emails, and manage referrals and results
Keep reception tidy and support our doctors and nurses
About you:
GP medical reception experience (essential)
Best Practice software experience (preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication
Reliable and organised, and able to work full-time weekdays
Pay depends on experience. Immediate start. Located in Westfield Carindale.
