About Our Client
Our client is a globally recognised business experiencing an exciting period of growth and transformation. With operations spanning multiple international markets, they are investing heavily in their marketing capability as they prepare for a significant global product launch and continue to mature their commercial marketing strategy. They are now seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Lead to join the team on an initial 6-12 month contract, with potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Job Description
This is a rare opportunity for a senior B2B marketer to step into a highly visible project-focused role where you'll be relied upon as the subject matter expert to guide the team.
Working closely with local and international stakeholders, you'll lead the implementation of an account-based marketing approach, helping bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will partner with leadership, sales teams and external agencies to build sophisticated marketing programs that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation and optimisation of an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
- Building targeted nurture journeys, audience segmentation frameworks and lead-scoring models
- Managing and enhancing marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations
- Supporting the development and execution of campaigns tied to a major international product launch
- Partnering with external agencies to execute campaign activity and system enhancements
- Creating and adapting marketing collateral, with occasional graphic design support where required
- Providing recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness, reporting and lead generation outcomes
- Engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple global markets
- Driving best-practice marketing processes, systems and automation capabilities
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced B2B marketing professional with demonstrated expertise implementing sophisticated marketing ABM programs.
You will bring:
- Proven experience implementing and managing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise in nurture campaigns, lead scoring, audience segmentation and automation workflows
- Ideally experience managing external agencies and marketing technology partners
- Strong demand generation and campaign execution capability
- A commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing activity to business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence engaging senior leaders
- Graphic design capability and experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools will be highly regarded
- Exposure to product launches across multiple regions is advantageous but not essential
