Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care Support: Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and continence care.
Domestic Assistance: Perform light household duties, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
Health & Wellbeing Support: Administer medication, support reablement-focused care, and monitor client wellbeing.
Social & Emotional Support: Provide companionship and facilitate community involvement.
Care Planning & Documentation: Follow person-centred care plans and maintain accurate records.
Workplace Health & Safety: Adhere to WHS guidelines and ensure a safe environment.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with team members and participate in training and development.
What You Need:
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ CurrentAustralian Driver’s Licence
✔ MinimumCertificate IIIin Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a relevant field
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ First Aid & CPR Certificate
✔ Comprehensively insured vehicle
Desirable:
✔ Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded)
✔ Previous experience in aged care or disability support (preferred but not essential)
