Carers Victoria is seeking a Regional Carer Navigator to lead local efforts in Ovens, Murray and Hume. The 0.6 FTE, part-time role focuses on designing and delivering group events and building connections between organisations to support unpaid carers.
The role requires experience in facilitating wellbeing programs, strong stakeholder relationships, and independent work within a multidisciplinary team. Travel within the region and CRM/MS Office use are expected.
