Northern Beaches Council is seeking a Property Officer for a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week) to administer a diverse property portfolio including leasing, licensing, rent reviews and property management.
You will lead property-related projects, provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, attend to lease and property matters to maximise returns and minimise risk, and work within the Property Commercial and Tourist Assets team.
