Turn your potential into community impact. Start your career with hands-on experience across Blacktown City Council as a Graduate Business Analyst from mid-February 2027. Through structured rotations across People and Culture, Corporate Strategy and Performance, and Finance, you will see how Council’s people, processes, systems, data and finances support services for the community.
You will analyse data, map business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders. You will prepare reports, presentations and dashboards, including using Excel and Power BI, to highlight trends, issues and opportunities. You will support project planning, document actions and decisions, assist with system testing and help teams implement improved processes and systems.
