We are actively seeking experienced Excavator Operators for our Gold Field Operations, working a 2/1 roster (rotating dayshifts and nightshifts) flying in and out of Perth.
Here's what awaits you
- Consistently achieve or exceed productivity targets.
- Excavate according to design boundaries for ore bodies, berms, and pit walls.
- Maintain dig face, floor, and bench conditions to support safe and efficient operations.
- Control loading techniques to optimise truck fill factors, cycle times, and productivity.
- Adhere to set housekeeping standards.
- Perform pre-start checks.
To thrive in this role, you'll need
- Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
- Experience operating excavators in a production enviroment
- Proven commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Flexible, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
