Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days per week in our Mulgrave Head Office.
This is a broad and hands-on role that combines financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering. You'll work closely with leaders across the organisation to ensure financial accuracy, provide meaningful insights and support strong financial performance.
Your role will include:
- Preparing financial and management reports, reconciliations and month-end reporting.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis.
- Partnering with leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Contributing to finance process improvements and providing support across payroll and broader finance activities when required.
You're likely to be an Accountant or Management Accountant who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and business partnering. You'll bring:
- Experience in financial reporting, management accounting and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical capability and experience supporting budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
A degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance is essential, and CPA or CA qualifications (or progress towards them) will be highly regarded. Experience within disability, healthcare, aged care or community services would be beneficial, but is not essential.
