This is a full-time mobile role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct assessments, develop and deliver therapy plans, and provide support for individuals with speech sound disorders, dysphagia, communication, and language difficulties.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with families, carers, educators, and other professionals to ensure personalised, practical interventions in various settings such as homes, schools, childcare centres, and aged care facilities.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech Sound Disorders
- Strong expertise in diagnosing and managing Dysphagia
- Experience working with Communication and Language Disorders
- Solid understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration and personalised care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current certification and licensing in Speech Pathology
- Experience in working with children and adults, particularly in diverse settings, is highly desirable
- Driver's license and willingness to travel within Sydney for client appointments
