Care Tribe Services is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist a client at home. The role includes meal preparation and medication assistance with a focus on person-centred care.
You will deliver high-quality in-home support and maintain accurate service records to support ongoing client wellbeing. Applicants should have a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) or a recognised Medication Competency certificate, current First Aid/CPR, and a valid Police Check.
