Care to Change is seeking a Group Activities Coordinator / Disability Support Worker for our Morayfield Hub to support participants in community settings and venues. You will blend hands-on support with coordinating group activities that build independence, social connections and life skills.
This role requires experience in disability services, strong organisation and communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
