Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Service Delivery Team Leader based in Adelaide, SA, Southern Area.
The Service Delivery Team Leader will oversee the efficient execution of person-centred service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and lead a dynamic team.
Responsibilities include supervising staff performance, addressing client concerns, developing strategies to enhance outcomes, and ensuring compliance with NDIS service standards.
Qualifications
