Pytchley Court Nursing Home is a 37 bed care home located in Kettering, Northamptonshire. Providing high quality nursing and residential care, the home offers a warm and welcoming environment where colleagues work together to deliver person centred care and make a real difference to the lives of Residents every day.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents' lives every day. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing. You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
