We seek a calm, experienced Female Disability Support Worker to assist across daily activities, social skills, and community participation, with a focus on safety, routine, and respectful support.
The role requires working with participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder and complex needs, using structured PBS approaches and person-centred active support.
