Care Alliance Allied Health & Supports in Charlestown, NSW, seeks a Rosters & Teams Manager to own client rostering, build and lead the rostering team, and organise the after-hours on-call roster across the business. You will ensure every client is supported by approved workers, at the times agreed, safely and reliably.
It's a business-hours role. You plan and organise the on-call team that covers nights and weekends, but you don't take after-hours calls yourself.
