CardioScan is seeking a Support Technician to be the first point of contact for technical support across global operations. You will resolve incidents and service requests via phone, email, Zendesk and Teams, working with IT, Development, Biomed, Clinical Services and Sales teams.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in helpdesk or support roles, strong customer focus, and experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365. This is a hybrid role based in Camberwell.
