We're seeking a part time or full time medical receptionist to join our dynamic team at Cardiac Health Institute (CHI)!
About Us
Established in 2004, CHI is a leading cardiology practice with three locations across Sydney (Epping, Norwest Private Hospital Bella Vista, and Sydney Adventist Hospital Wahroonga).
Our team of 7 cardiologists and around 20 staff members are dedicated to providing exceptional cardiac care in a friendly, multidisciplinary setting.
- What we are looking for
- Strong customer service focus to provide safe quality patient care;
- A highly professional and friendly demeanour;
- High levels of motivation and initiative;
- Strong attention to detail;
- The ability to adapt to change and multitask;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Roles and responsibilities will include
- Face to face interaction and customer service to patients;
- Liaising with external departments including pathology;
- Providing billing support and online Medicare claiming;
- Managing daily incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
As this role will require you to work from any of our established clinics (Epping / Bella Vista / Wahroonga), being able to travel is essential, and having access to a car is preferred.
