An opportunity exists for an experienced finance professional to step into a Fund Manager role within a fast-growing real estate credit business. This position sits within a high-performing team and will play a critical role in scaling fund operations and driving platform-wide efficiencies.
Key Focus Areas:
- Fund reporting, treasury, and analytics – overseeing investor applications/redemptions, portfolio forecasting, and monthly performance reporting
- Investor support – partnering closely with the distribution team to respond to investor queries, due diligence requests, and reporting needs
- Institutional mandate execution – managing fund structures, hedging strategies, and back leverage facilities
- Process and platform enhancement – leading initiatives around AI integration, reporting improvements, and product development
Ideal Candidate Profile:
