The organisation is undertaking a significant fire compliance program across a geographically dispersed portfolio of healthcare facilities, primarily in NSW. This high-impact, fire services-focused role offers the chance to work closely with facility leadership teams and senior contractors on a national compliance initiative in a complex operating environment.

The Role: Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for ensuring end-to-end fire compliance across the portfolio, including inspections, testing, and maintenance. You’ll act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and national subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of works and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of fire compliance services across multiple healthcare sites
  • Ensure adherence to NCC, Australian Standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Lead site-based inspections, identify compliance risks, and implement practical solutions
  • Manage and engage with national service providers and contractors
  • Provide clear reporting and updates to internal teams and executive stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 10 years of fire compliance and building services project management experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of national fire safety standards and systems
  • Exposure to healthcare or other high-compliance environments (desirable)
  • Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements and operational constraints
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, building services, or project management (preferred)
  • Available immediately for a 3-6 month period
