About the Role
Reporting to the P&C Manager, you will take responsibility for a broad range of day to day HR activities across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances and workplace investigations
- Supporting managers through probation reviews, performance management, underperformance and difficult conversations
- Preparing and managing employment contracts, variations and HR documentation
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Providing accurate, practical advice on employment legislation and policy
About You
You are an experienced HR Advisor or P&C Generalist who is confident working independent and managing competing priorities. You will bring:
- A strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
- The confidence to coach and influence managers at all levels
- Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach
- Experience with Employment Hero (advantageous)
Above all, you are ambitious and keen to develop your career towards a more senior P&C role.
