Our client is the owner, developer, operator of a south western Sydney precinct with industrial and large format retail facilities primarily.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, will be a key member of the Facilities team, responsible for a portfolio of buildings.
Working closely with Property, Asset Management, Finance, and Infrastructure teams, you will manage building, statutory compliance, contractor performance, and tenant relationships across a large precinct.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Management
Deliver best-practice FM services ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective outcomes for buildings
Gain whole of life cycle FM experience and training from experts
Maintain building compliance registers, inspect contractor works, & ensure safety, compliance, and quality expectations are met
You will undertake:
Stakeholder & Tennant Management
Contractor Management
Risk, Compliance & Safety
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience across a porfolio of non-residential base building assets
Knowledge of statutory compliance obligations including AFSS, WHS legislation, and relevant Australian Standards
Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and think clearly in demanding situations, whilst maintaining attention to detail
Class C Driver's Licence
