Capstone Recruitment is seeking a practical, self‐motivated Handyman / Facilities Manager to support day‐to‐day maintenance and facilities management of its Brisbane industrial portfolio. This hands‐on role combines general maintenance, site inspections, tenant liaison and contractor coordination across multiple sites.
You will own day‐to‐day building issues, complete minor repairs, coordinate external trades for complex works, and help maintain safety and compliance across the portfolio.
