Capricorn is hiring a Senior Service Designer to help shape the future of our Community experiences. You will join the Experience Strategy & Service Design centre of excellence and turn insights into meaningful, scalable changes across digital, physical and human touchpoints.
You will lead end-to-end design work, balance member and supplier needs with business constraints, and collaborate with teams to implement future-state services that positively impact our community of over 31,000 Members.
