Capricorn is seeking an Events & Engagement Lead to shape and implement our community engagement strategy across events, awards, partnerships and activations.
You will lead a team, set direction with the Head of Communications & Engagement, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure high standards across programs including our biannual overseas convention.
The role is an overarching leadership position with three direct reports, Perth as the preferred base, and travel required.
