About the role
Working closely with our Customer Service and Admin team, you will
- Support fabricators, glaziers, builders, installers and other trade customers by phone, email and at the counter.
- Advise on product selection, compatibility, finishes and alternatives.
- Confirm supplier pricing, availability and lead times.
- Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate orders with suppliers and warehouse colleagues and maintain accurate records.
- What you'll bring
You will bring
- Accuracy when checking quantities, product details and pricing.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Good organisational skills and a proactive approach to following up enquiries.
- Confidence using Excel and quoting or sales systems.
Desirable, but not essential
- Window and door hardware product knowledge and experience.
- Familiarity with brands such as Lockwood, Whitco, Yale, Austral or Allegion.
