Since the early 2000s, this operation has been growing at a steady pace, with new equipment continually being added to the fleet and the business building strong networks throughout Victoria. Just over 16 months ago, the business took on a new Director who has significantly increased the Operations and Service teams. The business has also given the office a complete facelift, including new offices and a new layout, while making a huge cash investment into the operation. This investment has included all-new tooling, new vehicles, company uniforms, refreshed company branding, a new website, and more than 100 brand-new machines added to the Victorian fleet. The fleet is a mixture of compaction equipment, excavators, dump trucks, skid steers, attachments and dumpers. The business has not only secured some new and exciting staff from major competitors, but the operation has also doubled in both growth and revenue over this period.
We now seek another BDM that can drive new customers and take the business to another level.
