About the Role
As the Contracts Site Operations Supervisor, you’ll ensure all transport and logistics activities at your assigned client site run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll lead staff, oversee stock movements, coordinate daily workloads, and maintain high service standards.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where you can take ownership of onsite operations and contribute directly to the success of a leading logistics business.
What Your Week Looks Like
- Supervise daily transport operations and maintain effective processes
- Manage subcontractor levels to meet client demand
- Oversee stock handling, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Schedule jobs to maximise productivity and service quality
- Report on DIFOT and key operational metrics
- Drive safety and compliance by coordinating daily fleet operations, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to fatigue management, Chain of Responsibility requirements, and corrective action processes.
