We're hiring!
- We are seeking a Trade Qualified
- Panel Beate r to complete our
Tullamarine site.
Permanent position with guaranteed overtime (45 hours per week) and a large, modern facility to do your best work!
What You'll Do
- Completing scheduled repair jobs following the SMART processes and repair principles
- Checking all required parts are ordered and notifying the Estimator if parts are missing or incorrect
- Assisting with vehicle assembly when needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times (Clean Workspace Policy)
- Adhering strictly to Workplace Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies and procedures
- Respecting customer vehicles and company equipment
- Contributing to a positive, respectful culture within the workshop
What We're Looking for
- Trade qualification as a Panel Beater
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repairs
- A customer‑first mindset, with a commitment to quality work every time
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise repair tasks efficiently
- A calm, reliable approach under pressure and during busy periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Interest in cars and pride in your craft
