Act as technical owner for all compliance contractors, including pressure vessel inspection providers.
Write and approve technical scopes of work for corrective works, upgrades and repairs.
Verify that completed work meets the scope, relevant standards and manufacturer requirements, and accept or reject work accordingly.
Review and sign Work Authorities, JSEAs and Working at Heights permits for technical and high-risk compliance work.
Collaborate with broader reliability team to develop an improved system for recording, classifying and tracking faults and corrective actions across all three equipment classes, aligned with SAP.
Raise SAP notifications and work orders for new corrective works identified in reports, with accurate technical descriptions and priorities.
Maintain accurate registers for classified plant, including inspection status, registration, defects and due dates.
Spend regular time in the field inspecting equipment, verifying defects and reviewing work in progress, including underground.
