Room Attendant - Housekeeping
Madison Capital Executive Apartments is seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our team in the Room Attendant - Housekeeping department. This casual position offers a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and a keen eye for cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria
- A positive attitude, friendly nature, and genuine passion for customer service.
- Previous housekeeping/commercial cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel.
- Excellent cleaning skills, attention to detail, and high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (shifts generally between 8am - 4pm).
- Be a resident of the ACT or the surrounding border region.
- Provide at least one professional reference with your application.
