We're growing and looking for an experienced Site Operations Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This isn't a desk job. You'll lead from the front—working alongside your team to deliver outstanding commercial cleaning and facilities services across Canberra and surrounding regions. Every day is different. One day you could be leading a builders clean, the next pressure washing a commercial site, training your team or meeting with a client. You'll have 38 guaranteed hours each week, but flexibility is essential. Our work is driven by client needs, so shifts may include early mornings, evenings, occasional weekends and regional travel (allowances provided).
What You'll Do
- Lead by example on every site.
- Deliver specialist and general commercial cleaning services.
- Supervise, coach and support your team.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards.
- Champion safety and WHS compliance.
- Build strong relationships with clients and site managers.

Essential Requirements
- Commercial cleaning experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- White Card.
- Current Asbestos Awareness Training.
- Current Silica Awareness Training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check.
- Flexibility to work a varied roster and travel when required.
Desirable
- Carpet cleaning or specialist cleaning experience.
- EWP Licence.
- Working at Heights.
- First Aid & CPR.
- Experience working on commercial construction or fit-out projects.
