Capability Clinical Services is seeking a Team Leader in Canberra to provide clinical leadership, oversight and operational management to a team of clinicians. You will help deliver high-quality, evidence-based, client-centred services and support staff development and performance within the governance framework.
Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, you will drive service improvements, monitor KPIs such as client contact hours and waitlists, and collaborate with internal assessment, PBS.
