Your role
As an SAP CDC Consultant, you will be responsible for solution design and documentation, identity and access management, consent and privacy management, data model and screen-set configuration, identity migration, testing, and environment and release management.
Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities
- Hands-on SAP CDC delivery, including registration/login journeys, screen-sets and consent management, with experience leading a team.
- Utilities industry knowledge is preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer identity concepts
- Experience integrating CDC with CRM/CX platforms and back-end systems via REST APIs and middleware such as SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI.
- Experience migrating customer identities and running trial loads and reconciliation.
- Strong stakeholder management and written communication; able to present design decisions to architecture and security forums.

Desirable
- SAP certification in Customer Data Cloud or Customer Experience solution architecture.
- Experience with other CIAM platforms such as Auth0, and with identity federation.
- Experience with React/Type Script front ends and AWS-based components.
- Australian utilities market knowledge (electricity and gas).
