Your role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the SAP community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.
You will:
- Be part of an onshore team, working with client teams and our offshore teams as part of an SAP implementation.
- Accompany Capgemini’s clients in key design decisions in the Finance space, integrated with other functional and technical areas.
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP Solutions from a finance perspective to meet evolving business needs, based on SAP standard and industry best practices for both RISE and GROW.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure successful SAP project delivery, discoveries, and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships throughout implementation and technical build processes.
- Contribute from a thought leadership perspective to help grow our clients but also our internal practice from a finance perspective, SAP perspective (including the future roadmap) and the industry practices you’ve come across.
Your profile
- Minimum of 2-4+ years of experience in SAP Finance.
- A level of expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Finance and/or Controlling) with 1 or 2 full life-cycle SAP implementations.
- Additional experience in Selective Data Transition projects is a plus.
- Experience in Advanced Financial Closing, Group Reporting or Document and Reporting Compliance is a plus.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
