About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join our growing team in a leadership role. This is a hands-on, full-time position offering variety across dental reception, patient coordination and clinical administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing front office operations, including patient bookings, enquiries and appointments
Coordinating daily schedules and ensuring the smooth flow of patients throughout the practice
Overseeing clinical operations, equipment maintenance and practice presentation
Supporting onboarding, training and development of new staff
Working closely with management to implement systems and improvements
Supporting the team with day-to-day operational challenges and ensuring efficient practice operations across a 6-day roster
About You:
Previous experience in dental reception or front office administration (essential)
Experience in a clinical coordination or leadership role (highly regarded)
Confident managing a busy front office while working independently and as part of a team
Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
Positive, proactive and eager to contribute and grow within the role
Availability to work a 4-day roster across Monday to Friday
