What you’d be doing in this role:
- Acting as the strategic data partner to Product and Engineering leads across the Productivity space.
- Defining and owning the long-term measurement strategy for productivity workflows, collaboration and AI-powered assistance.
- Identifying step-change growth opportunities and helping the group set bold, data-informed goals.
- Leading complex, multi-squad experimentation and ensuring strong decision frameworks are in place.
- Building clarity across interconnected surfaces — aligning metrics across editing, workflows, collaboration and downstream impact.
- Coaching and growing senior data scientists while raising the bar for strategic thinking and influence.
- Anticipating future risks and opportunities through proactive insight generation.
