Coming up to the busy season we require an experienced Local/Long-Distance Driver with MC license required. t
B-Double runs from our Wangaratta Depot.
This includes Interstate trips/Overnights and local double runs.
Potential scope to complete Super B runs to Melbourne to cover staff leave.
Safety is crucial, which ensures that our clients feel certain that their Chain of Responsibility obligations are being met.
Key responsibilities
- Operate B-Double runs from Wangaratta Depot
- Ensure Chain of Responsibility obligations are met
- Maintain safety standards
- Adherence to NHVR regulations & local record standards.
About you
- Must hold Australian MC Manual License with a minimum of 2 years' experience on Australian Roads
- Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Medical, drug and alcohol screening
- 5-year driving history including demerit history (reports under 6 weeks old will be accepted)
- Full national criminal history check (report under 6 months old or proof of current check will be accepted)
- Ability to work in a team with sound communication
- Excellent understanding of safe work practices, Co R & fatigue management
- BFM and Dangerous Goods understanding
- MSIC
- Above award Enterprise Agreement - Pay rate listed is the base hourly rate, this rate does not include trip/kms rates, meal or penalty rates.
