Canham Gardening & Maintenance is a family owned and operated Sydney gardening, grounds and cleaning contractor. For 14 years we've looked after strata, commercial and residential properties across Sydney metro from our base in Gladesville. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced gardener to join one of our garden crews.
Key responsibilities:
- Garden maintenance across strata, commercial and residential sites
- Mowing, edging, whipper snipping, hedging, pruning, planting, weeding, mulching and green waste
- Working to the agreed scope on each site and finishing to a high standard
- Following SWMS and safe work practices, and reporting hazards and incidents
- Noting works completed and flagging site issues after each visit
- Looking after the tools, equipment and vehicle your crew uses
About you:
- Solid experience in garden maintenance, ideally on strata or commercial sites
- A horticulture qualification is highly regarded
- Good plant knowledge and pruning technique
- Safe work habits and a sharp eye for site presentation
- Reliable, physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- A good team player with a positive attitude
