About the Role
A newly created opportunity now exists for a motivated freight professional to support and coordinate end-to-end export operations located in Perth.
- Manage end-to-end air or sea export shipments via CargoWise
- Handle pre-alerts, bookings, customs clearance, and documentation
- Track shipments, update clients, and resolve any issues
- Coordinate delivery, PODs, and close files accurately
- Control detention/demurrage and ensure compliance standards
- Complete costing, invoicing, KPI reporting, and reconciliations
- Liaise with clients, customs, carriers, and raise non-conformances
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years freight forwarding across air or sea export
- Strong documentation knowledge
- Confident using CargoWise in a high-volume environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Clear communicator with a team-first, client-focused approach
- Full working rights (AU / NZ)
- Located In Perth
