Cancer Care Associates (CCA) is seeking an Administration Excellence & Compliance Lead for a 12-month strategic transformation across NSW, QLD and WA. The role, hybrid with travel, will standardise administration processes, enhance compliance and drive revenue integrity across 12 sites, partnering with billing and health fund teams to reduce leakage.
You will lead a hands-on program to embed SOPs, KPIs and governance, while transitioning three sites to Mosaiq EMR and building capability.
