About the Role:
Make a real difference in the lives of young people as a School Youth Health Nurse with Community Health and Integrated Care. Working across ACT Government secondary schools, you will provide adolescent-focused primary healthcare, health education and health promotion, empowering students to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to build trusted relationships with young people, support school communities, and collaborate with teachers and healthcare providers to address the contemporary health and social issues facing today's adolescents, all within a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, community-based care.
