Join our Ward 8B team and help shape the future of nursing practice. As our Clinical Development Nurse, you will lead education, mentorship and professional development initiatives across a busy 28-bed renal and general medical ward. Working alongside clinical leaders, you will champion evidence-based practice, support staff growth and competency, drive quality improvement activities, and foster a culture of continuous learning to deliver exceptional patient care.
