Receptionist/Admin Team Member (Allied Health Clinic)

Canberra Children's Physiotherapy - Phillip ACT

We're on the hunt for an Experienced Full Time Receptionist to join our team!

We work with children with developmental delay and disability who are primarily aged 0-7 years old. We're looking for someone who is organised, fun, and loves a light stroll and a coffee (as we do this often). We have 2 premises: Phillip and Lyneham, but we are very much one business. This role will be split across both clinics.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants and existing receptionist/admin stars, Katiee and Halle.

You will be:

• Booking and rescheduling appointments
• Processing payments and reconciling invoices
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• General admin tasks - e.g. welcoming clients, updating stock, scanning, shredding, keeping clinic space organised.

The hours?

We are looking for someone to work full-time hours at our clinic from 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Please be aware we are not considering part-time or casual receptionists at this time, and we are looking for someone who can work with us long term as we grow the business.
