About The Role: As a Warranty Officer, you'll inspect and manage warranty items in our completed homes, organise and or complete repairs, liaise with trades, and work directly with homeowners to ensure issues are resolved professionally and efficiently. You'll be the link between customers, trades, suppliers, and our internal teams to deliver a positive post handover experience. We're keen to hear from people with a trade, maintenance, handyman, or residential construction background, with practical building knowledge, strong problem solving skills and a customer focused attitude. Above all, we're looking for someone reliable, professional, and committed to getting the job done right.
